Return Policy:
Please read below our returns policy for any order disputes, wrong deliveries, or ineligible products.
At Swag2Day, we value our clients and ensure they are protected against poor quality products or wrong deliveries, while striving to become the best online store for authentic and affordable products. We encourage our customers to report any wrong deliveries in a timely fashion to initiate the returns process adequately.
- All returns request must be initiated within 7 working days from order receipt date, along with a valid justification. Change of mind does not apply for order returns.
- All returns must be shipped in their original packing to the seller. The returns shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
- Returns without their original or damaged packaging would not qualify for processing.

Request a return for any of the eligible reasons. All returns must be initiated within 7 business days from delivery date along with a valid justification of request. All approved return must be return in original shipping condition.

- Doesn’t Match Description 2: Wrong Item Shipped
Return Reasons Ineligible:
1: Change of Mine
2: Doesn’t Fit
3: Not as Expected
4: Worn upon receiving
Return Instructions:
- Explain the reason for your return via email.
- Enter Quantity of items returning.
- Wait for request approval.
- Print prepaid shipping label and attach it to returning package.
- A refund will be initiated upon inspection of returned.
Swag2Day follows the shipping carrier operating schedule. The shipping time frame is Monday through Saturday. Federal holidays and all Sundays are excluded from time frame.
